Nature Hikes

Walking is one of the best forms of exercise. Enjoyable movement supports mood, hormonal, nervous system, improved sleep patterns, blood sugar regulation, mental health and physical well-being. Women who engage in healthy physical movement prior to and during pregnancy are found to have better birthing outcomes. Getting outside and moving following your birth recovery can support both mom and baby on all levels of their well-being. In my health and wellness coaching practice, a primary goal for my clients is to "feed" as many areas in their life as they can in order to experience overall wellness. Some of these areas include self-care, enjoyable movement, social connection, joy, relaxation, and eating healthy foods. Is there any better time than right now to begin the habit of self-care and give yourself permission to receive all that you need. “If not now, then when will you begin?”

 

 

Schedule a weekly moderate nature walk with added sound bowl/tuning forks, wellness check in, and chakra clearing and balancing session upon request
